The age at which menstruation begins is between 10 and 13 years old, and this age is getting younger. Children who do not yet have knowledge of menstruation may be shocked when they experience it for the first time. Bad habits resulting from closed and incorrect education can persist into adulthood, leading to difficulty in maintaining proper hygiene. This design was developed to educate elementary school students about menstruation, the uterus, various sanitary pads and treatment methods, menstrual pain, and premenstrual symptoms using human body models and an app.
